Controller: Brain Block Blitz (operated by Loke Svendsen) is the data controller for personal data collected through this site.

• Gameplay data: scores, level results, achievements, XP, daily streaks (to provide the service and leaderboards).
• Usage/telemetry: device type, IP address, error logs (security, fraud prevention, product improvement).
• Support messages: when you contact us by email.

Legal basis

Contract performance (providing the service you request), legitimate interests (security, product improvement), and consent (marketing, where applicable).

Data sharing

• Paddle.com — our Merchant of Record, processes payments, subscription management, tax compliance, and invoicing.
• Hosting and infrastructure providers — for serving the app and storing your data.
• Authorities — where required by law.

Retention

We keep account data while your account is active and for a reasonable period after closure. Telemetry is retained no longer than necessary.

Your rights

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures (encryption in transit, access controls, RLS on user data).
