1. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including unlawful use, fraud, spam, IP infringement, attempting to disrupt our security, scraping, or distributing malware. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, or security/fraud risk.

2. Intellectual property

All software, branding, and content on this site is owned by us. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service as offered.

3. Service level

The service is provided "as is" without guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free performance.

4. Payments, billing & taxes

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. For payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics, see Paddle's Buyer Terms.

5. Refunds

6. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at fees you paid in the prior 12 months. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or special damages.
